How do our subscriptions work? FAQs

Scrap Your Life, our monthly kit for carrying out your Project Life, an annual project for documenting your daily life in 2025 using a sleeve format with cards, photos and decorations.                                                                                           
Stamp Your Life, our bi-monthly kit (sent every other month on every even-numbered month), it has matching stamps and dies, with motifs and elements designed to document in any format, so you can use it for Project Life or any other scrap project.                                                                                                                        
Card Attack, our kit for card makers, with everything you need to create beautiful greeting cards with a range of different themes and techniques.

Our subscriptions are currently available in SPANISH. But new for this year, we are introducing the option to purchase the Stamp Your Life kit in ENGLISH. 

We are sorry we cannot offer, for the moment, the rest of the subscriptions in other languages. Although we are sure that with your constant support, one day we will be able to do so. 

Subscriptions will be charged to the card you provided when you subscribed, you will be charged on the 1^st of each month if you have chosen the monthly payment option (and on the 1^st of every even month for Scrap Your Life). This payment will include the shipping costs corresponding to your geographical location (shipping costs not included in the kit price). To avoid any payment issues, please ensure that the card you have provided has sufficient funds available on the 1^st of the month, otherwise we will be unable to charge you and send you your kit.  

Subscription can only be paid for with a credit or debit card. We cannot accept any other payment method. Please avoid using prepaid or virtual cards, as we will not be able to charge you for your kit. If the card you subscribed with has expired during the year, or you have had to cancel your card for any reason, please send us an email: hola@kimidori.es so that it can be resolved.  

The Kits will start being dispatched from the 2nd of each month (or the next working day if it is a weekend or public holiday), and depending on the number of subscriptions we have, it will take on average 3-4 working days to send all the kits. Meaning, some months your kit could be shipped on the 2^nd and other months on the 6^th.    

Yes *, you can make purchases on our main website www.kimidori.es until 8am (CET) on the 1^st of each month. Everything you purchase from then on will be joined and shipped with the kit of the following month. To do this, you must select «MERGE ORDERS » as your shipping method for all joint orders placed on our main website, so that you will not be charged extra shipping costs.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you register as a customer on both this page and our main website www.kimidori.es using the same e-mail address as it is what we will use to know that it is the same person, and so that we can add your orders with your kit in one shipment.  If you want to know more about how this MERGE ORDERS system works, click HERE. * Joint orders are only available to customers residing in Europe. For shipping outside of Europe, only kit subscriptions are possible.

If you have chosen the Monthly Payment method, you will be charged every month for the price of the kit (VAT included) and the corresponding shipping costs.        If you have chosen the single payment option, you will pay for ONLY THE COST OF THE KIT at that moment, and we will contact you to find out how you would like to pay for the shipping costs, either monthly or in a single payment.                                             

* Every month the shipping cost will ALWAYS be paid in advance. If you live in the Peninsula and you use our joint order system, some months your order may be over 60€ (the minimum spend for free shipping), in this case, at the end of the year we will send you a voucher to spend on the web with the sum of all shipments from the months that your order had reached 60€.  

Yes, but you will need to send an e-mail to hola@kimidori.es and we will explain to you how to do this.  

If, at any time, you would like us to keep hold of your kit and send it to you the following month with the next monthly kit, you must always let us know before the 2^nd of each month, so that we do not send it to you. If you ask us after this date, we will not be able to keep it for you. In any case, you will still be charged each month, even if you choose to send 2 or 3 kits together (we will reimburse you for the shipping costs afterwards).  

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but there will be a CANCELLATION FEE OF 12 EUROS which will be charged to the same card that you used to subscribe to the kit.  

If you subscribe from the 1st of a month, the kits from the previous months will not be included in your subscription, and you will have to purchase them separately. You will only be able to do this providing we have a subscription place available. 

To subscribe to the kits, simply register on this website (make sure the e-mail you use is the same as the one with which you have registered on the  www.kimidori.es website, so that we can link your subscription to your joint orders) and then purchase the subscription kit of your choice. Make sure the shipping fees have been added correctly to your shopping cart according to the shipping address you have selected*.        

*Except if you have selected the single payment option, in which case we will send you an e-mail asking you how you wish to pay the shipping fees.  

Please note that by subscribing, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS ALL THE INFORMATION EXPLAINED ABOVE. You are committing to an annual subscription with monthly charges, with the last being in December 2025, to cancel before this date, you will need to send us an e-mail to hola@kimidori.es and pay the 12-euro cancellation fee.  

Once you have subscribed, you will not have to do anything else. Every month the payment will be charged to your card, and we will ship your kit to the address you have provided to us.  

If any month you have a problem (a duplicate payment, a payment not made, any problem with your card etc.) please send us an e-mail as soon as you notice to hola@kimidori.es so that we can review it.   

Our signature subscription kit, the one that started it all in 2021. Once again, this year we have fine-tuned the kit to include all the things you like the most. Each month, you will receive:  – A 6”x8” pad of various papers, printed single-sided on 250gsm of quality offset printing paper, with cards to cut out in varied sizes (3″x4, 4″x6″ and some full 6″x8″pages). As a new feature, this year we have included some 4″x6″ vertical and 3″x4″ horizontal cards, which so many of you have requested. And, of course, we are keeping the calendar card which so many of you loved this year.  – At the end of the pad, you will find 2 sheets with cut-outs. Although you can cut them out by hand, in the January kit you will find a matching die for effortless die-cutting and a whole lot of die cuts!  – A 15×20 cm sheet of puffy stickers. On this sheet you will find the title which corresponds to that month, and the numbers that number the weeks of that month, as well as many other pieces.   – Extra 1, a consumable, which will alternate between a chipboard, rub-on sets, stickers, or acetate and vellum cards.   – Extra 2, which will vary between 6×10 cm photopolymer stamps, die-cut sets and embossing folders for the mini die-cutting machines (3″x5″). By the end of the year you will have 5 stamps, 5 dies and 2 embossing folders.

As always, everything will come packaged in a patterned plastic zipper wallet which also comes in handy for organising all your material.

– With this cardmaking subscription, by the end of the year you will end up with an incredible collection of stamps, dies and stencils with a wide variety of themes. Each month you will receive:  – A set of dies (or a single die if is a large one to be used for backgrounds).   – A set of 10×15 cm photopolymer stamps.   – One or numerous stencils in varied sizes (although most will be 15×15 cm).  – Various A4 cards (between 4 and 5) with different textures, colours, and finishes. – An A4 offset-printed card with cut-outs and sentiments for your cards.   All packaged in an A4 plastic zipper wallet.  

Although it is our most recent subscription, and has only been running for two years, it is becoming one of your favourites. Every other month (on the even months: February, April, June, August, October, and December) you will receive:                                                         – A set of large 15×21 cm photopolymer stamps.                                                                                                                             – A set of dies of the same size (15x21cm), with varied pieces matching the stamp (which does not mean that the dies are used for stamping the outline of the stamp, but that they are designed to match the dies), and come placed on a magnetic sheet.                    – All stored in a rigid plastic folder which will allow you to keep the different deliveries neatly stored on your shelf. 

Although most of the Scrap Your Life and Stamp Your Life stamps fit in the mini die-cutting machines, we cannot guarantee that ALL of them will be compatible, and it is possible that in some deliveries, you will find some dies that do not fit in the mini die-cutting machines.  

To subscribe to Card Attack, we do recommend having an A5 size machine as many cardmaking dies are designed for these size machines.  

Only in the case when we have units leftover (for example, in January and February in 2024 we had no spare kits). This is why we recommend subscribing as soon as possible, as places are limited.

In the event that we do have extra kits, we will put them on sale but always at a significantly higher price than subscriptions.

 We reserve the right to re-issue any element of a kit in the future, in the case of popular demand.  

This year we have bought back international subscriptions. If you reside outside of Europe, you will need to purchase the QUARTERLY subscription kit, with all shipping costs already included. Payments will be made every three months, at the start of each trimester and you will be sent all 3 kits together at the end of the trimester. 

In the case of the Stamp Your life subscription, they will be sent every 4 months, and we will send two kits together.
